Payment Terms

  1. Payment Methods

    • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal
    • All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified
    • Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided

  2. Payment Schedule

    • A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project
    • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
    • For ongoing services, payment is due monthly in advance

  3. Late Payments

    • Payments are considered late if not received within 14 days of the invoice date
    • A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on overdue amounts
    • We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received

  4. Refunds

    • Custom development work is non-refundable once work has commenced
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • Any refunds for other services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  5. Additional Costs

    • Any work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate
    • Third-party services or licenses required for the project will be billed separately
    • Additional revisions beyond those specified in the contract will incur extra charges

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our Site and Services are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
